Our Osborne location in Winnipeg is a hub for many of our family physicians that work as part of LifeSmart Medical Osborne. Within the same clinic, we also have Cardio 1, a specialist clinic that includes cardiology, endocrinology (diabetes), and respiratory specialists. Cardio 1 was created with the intention of improving the community care for patients living with cardio-metabolic conditions, including various forms of heart disease, diabetes, and respiratory illnesses. Through a network of family physicians and medical clinics, LifeSmart Health works closely with Cardio 1 to give patients additional options to manage their care.
