We are happy to offer Covid-19 immunizations in the comfort of our LifeSmart Clinic & Pharmacy!
We have free parking. Requirements for booking are as follows:
- You must pass a COVID Screening Questionnaire
- You must meet the current eligibility criteria for the vaccination
